My first experience with Agency Mentors was when I was running a large Independent agency called Choices where I was introduced to Iain White and I knew that these guys where in a different league to anybody else I had experienced in the estate agency industry. I first went on a training day with Jon Davies and still to this day use some of the advise and working habits learnt from this session. I then went on to the retreat which was 5 days away and it changed my view on every aspect of life both work and personal. The closet relationship and one I value the most is with Steve Meade who I know consider a friend he is always at the end of phone and has the answer to every problem finding solutions every time a true legend in the field.

I started working with Steve Meade during March and have really benefited from his ideas and suggestions. Steve is very direct in his approach and will challenge our way of thinking, if we don't agree, he will consider our point of view and prompt discussion. Steve is working as a Mentor with one of our team who is new to his role and in his early days of Leadership. Steve has been great at helping to build my colleague's confidence as well as working through generic leadership skills and more specific estate agency skills. Steve is always well prepared and also has a superb sense of humour - a must in today's challenging times !
