Setup / Onboarding
We aim to have make contact with vendors the day the products are ordered over our system. Due to Covid and the stamp duty break we have increasing work loads so our usual 48 hour turnaround time has increased to 72 hours depending on vendor availability of course. Once we visit a property, we will get the products back to you for the next day.
Training & Support
Our ordering system is very easy to use. There are no contracts to sign and by all means no one is obligated to use our services. We trust that once people start using our company they will continue to do so as they are pleased with the results we achieve. We have our admin Hannah Laidman-Davies on board with us, booking in work, sending out documents to prepare our vendors to help them get the most out of our photoshoots and she also helps complete work, dealing with any amendments to floorplans etc to help smooth out our customer process from start to finish.
Our packages for regular clients work out cheaper than if ordering individual products.
Our pricing strategies are based on size, complexity and value of property however if you contact us direct we can run through some basic packages with you.
