Founded in 2017, Loop is fast becoming the software of choice for ambitious estate agents all over the UK. Our team is made up of software specialists and experienced ex-estate agents. Combined, we are the perfect blend of tech and touch that enables us to deliver complex solutions to non-technical end users. Loop does three things extremely well. We build our software fast; we sell our software fairly and we support our software with a fanatical attitude. Our mission: to give agents the tools they need to raise service levels, enhance professionalism and provide an outstanding service to their clients. Reviews
We integrate with various third parties that extend the capabilities of Loop, for the benefit of our clients. For website connectivity, we integrate with Property Hive. For AML checks, we integrate with Yoti. For eMarketing and Nurture Campaigns we integrate with MailChimp. We generally launch one new integration per month, and each partner must satisfy the ‘best in class’ criteria we set on behalf of our clients.

Loop Prospecting is charged at £105 per month for up to three Outcode regions. Then it’s just £30 per additional outcode per month.
Loop CRM is charged at £100 per month for the first named user, and then just £50 per additional user per month.

Setup / Onboarding
Onboarding with Loop Prospecting can be done on the same day. Loop CRM can take a little longer, typically a 7-10 days depending on data transfer and training requirements.
