We support our clients through the entire hiring process, thoroughly vetting applicants suitability against a clients role and sending over candidates who we truly believe will be right, saving our clients precious time and money. We offer ongoing support to during the recruitment process, answering any questions and concerns which may arise, ironing out any potential difficulties before they become an issue and generally supporting our clients and candidates every need every step of the way. Once a candidate is placed, our work does not stop there. The settling in process is one of the most crucial stages of a new employees journey and we keep in contact with both our clients and candidates, ensuring that any problems that do arise are sorted out quickly and efficiently, providing our clients with value for money and more importantly support during a process which can often be time consuming and incredibly stressful.
When considering the cost of long running advertising campaigns, the valuable time spent by agency managers designing adverts, sifting through applications, conducting initial screening then time spent interviewing our pricing model is highly competitive, leaving our clients free to generate income and look after their business.
Our pricing is based upon an agreed % of the basic salary offered to the successful applicant and is only payable once employment has commenced.
