Overview
Refectio: An easy to use app, for tenant fault reporting which will require no changes to your existing workflow. The property manager signs up to a plan and the tenants can download the app from the App Stores and submit their fault. The property manager receives an email with details of the fault as a PDF which can be sent to the contractor or client. The tenant receives confirmation the report has been sent and read.

Setup / Onboarding
To set yourself up takes virtually no time at all. Visit our website www.refectioapp.co.uk and click the register button at the top of the page. Complete the details and submit. We will then set up your account and send you an email with the Unique Reference Number. You can download the app onto your device by clicking on the AppStore Logos on our website or search your AppStores for Refectio.
