You pay per workflow transaction, and receive unit discounts with volume:

 - Simple data collection starts at £0.22 per form

 - Dynamic legal document creation and electronic signatures start at £1.14 per document

 - Banking details validation, transaction initiation, and validated KYC checks start at £2.19 per checkpoint

Finch is currently offered as a stand-alone product, and can also be integrated with your Microsoft Outlook / Office system.

We have plans to integrate with most major property CRMs (eg. Reapit, MRI Solutions, Alto) in 2021, and will be driven by our early adopter clients' requirements.

Setup / Onboarding

It takes just 7 - 14 days to get your initial workflow processes created and streamlined with your Onboarding Manager. We aim to have our clients fully onboarded, across a range of workflow processes, within 30 days of beginning your contract.

New workflows (post-onboarding) can be created and issued to live customers in a matter of days, and your Account / Onboarding Manager will be working with you closely on a daily basis to ensure a smooth setup.

Training & Support

Your Account Manager will be available 9am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday, to provide active training and enquiry support. 

We will also be growing our online training resources - videos and an FAQ - to allow you to learn and troubleshoot at your own pace.
