Setup / Onboarding
You can access our Photofixr™ service on MyRavensworth by creating a PAYG account. This will give you immediate access to our photo enhancement tool and allow you to pay online via credit or debit card.
To use our Instant Print application on MyRavensworth, you must have a credit account and will be invoiced monthly for your print. New customers can create an account online via myravensworth.co.uk, and following standard credit checks, you will be able to start using your account within 48 hours.
For agents wanting a bespoke web-to-print set up via Marketing Toolkit, this can take up to five working days, depending on the complexity of the project.
Training & Support
Our customer service team is based in the UK and offers help and support to our customers daily via telephone, email and online chat.
We also offer one-to-one technical support and free training to customers on our MyRavensworth and Marketing Toolkit platforms - and our online Knowledgebase provides customers with a library of FAQs and easy to follow tutorials.
Our price-match promise
