Best value for small and medium sized businesses is our Direct Debit deal: £20 per month includes 500 free message credits per month, 4p per credit topup. 1 credit is 1 standard UK text message. £20 setup per office setup fee. Use of free shared reply-back numbers. Alternatively, your own private numbers are available at £20 per month, £20 setup fee. Pricing of other services such as our image/video/document file exchange service "Reach Out" depends on your contract. AI Chatbot technology: £500 setup, £500 per month per chatbot.

Setup / Onboarding
Step 1: Initial discussion with you to confirm your requirements and how we can best return maximum value to you. Demonstration of message types. Q&A sessions as required by you. Step 2: SMS Speedway performs a workflow analysis to determine best fit of services to your requirements. Step 3: Create account and service configuration on SMS Speedway platform. Step 4: SMS Speedway engages with integrated CRMs and technology platforms to ensure correct configuration and working integration with our service to you.
Training & Support
We have extensive documentation and video help available to supplement the easy to use website services and its built-in help. However if further assistance is required SMS Speedway Support will provide one 2 one assistance.
