Spec is a Digital Consultancy, specialising in SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and PPC (Pay Per Click) marketing. This ranges from optimising Google Maps Pins through to generating thousands of new customer enquiries for estate agents from Google.
SEO - Based on a balance of our day rate x time required. This comes with ongoing reports, monthly catch ups and ad-hoc support as needed.
PPC - An agreed % of spend. After all, you'll only spend more if we can prove that it's generating you leads.
The sole focus of this activity is driving leads to your estate agent website.
As an SEO consultancy, we are focused on front-end optimisation. This means that we can work with pretty much any suppliers or platforms you have.
That said, we also have extensive knowledge with all of the standard web platforms, CRMs systems and much more. We have a mission of "Get It Done". Therefore, if something is holding you or us back from getting you better results, we will do whatever it takes to overcome that issue.
Setup / Onboarding
The first month with us is generally spent on strategy and research. As a business, this helps you justify the investment into Spec and our SEO service.
We try to focus the first few month son quick wins, educating you as a business about how we're going to improve the SEO and outlining some key metrics to show success from the quick wins.
Training & Support
We have a policy of "coaching through delivery". This means that we educate our clients on how SEO & PPC works during our calls and projects we do. This extra level of knowledge helps us work together efficiently and achieve success faster.
