The staff that we provide have shown our clients that they can create opportunities for listings, List the properties well and do deals. The Staff such as sales progressors and property managers ensure that the deals go through smoothly and there are fewer fall throughs. We take the time to understand the culture of the companies for who we recruit. We also have the technology to identify passive candidates thus meaning we have a higher proportion of unique candidates than our competitors.
- 12.5% of basic and car/travel allowance paid on day one with a 50% rebate.
- 15% of basic and car/travel allowance paid on day 60 if the candidate is still there.
- 17.5% of basic and car/travel allowance paid over 12 months via standing order in monthly instalments with the first instalment due on day one.
- 20% of basic and car/travel allowance paid over 20 months via standing order in monthly instalments with the first instalment due on day one.
We can support you with a range of payment solutions.
Our subscription plan gives you the option to pay monthly. You’ll make a lower, fixed fee payment when a candidate is placed with you.
