Setup / Onboarding
Dataloft Inform is easy to use and the Dataloft team are on hand to help with any queries, large or small. The onboarding process is as follows:
- New subscribers provide the postcodes in their patch, logo, brand colours and contact details to allow Dataloft to set up their account.
- Subscribers then receive a welcome email, an invitation to attend our weekly training session (they can attend as often as they like) and access to an extensive training area full of guides and advice on how to make the most of Dataloft Inform.
- On an ongoing basis, subscribers receive a weekly ‘new content’ email which also contains ideas for using the content. When subscribers log in, they receive a ‘Tip of the day’ on the homepage and they can also sign up for WhatsApp ‘new content’ notifications.
- New subscribers can be set up within 48 hours (slightly longer for larger agent groups).
- Subscribers can email the team at any point with queries. There is also live chat support outside of normal working hours.
