Setup / Onboarding
For a single office agency, which is managed by someone already understands the benefits of automation and has an idea of what they want to integrate, onboarding can be as quick as the same day. This process is largely around authorizing their existing software with Tennoc (requesting API keys for products, entering login details, etc). Following these connections between their software can be created from template recipes in a couple of minutes.
For multi-office agencies or agencies who have an idea of the benefits but aren’t yet clear of what to automate the onboarding process is the same as above with an additional step of an “automation meeting”. This is a simple meeting with the business to discover the software they already use and how they use it. Following this, we will suggest template recipes we already have in place or create new recipes based on the manual steps they already take with the software they already have. Creating new recipes for integrations we already have typically take a few days to create and have ready for the customer. As more agencies are on board, more recipes are made available meaning more relevant recipes to new customers.

Before launch, our early access program is charged a £99 flat fee for a minimum of 6 months access with a 25% discount on any plan afterwards. There is limited availability for the early access program.
