Our unique Off Market 'likely to move' model is what really sets us apart. At a time where agent switching is limited, this model allows our clients to target those properties which are likely to come to the market, before they list! Given that we successfully predicted 79.3% of all the new instructions that came to market in the 12 months up to March 2021, it's clear to see why our clients have got the edge over their competitors.
Our pricing structure is simple and straightforward.
- You get the first three postcode districts (i.e. MK5, MK6 & MK8) for £150 (+VAT) per month and then all additional districts are just £30 (+VAT) per month each.
- Take 11-20 postcode districts and get a 10% discount on your subscription costs.
- 21+ districts gets you a 20% discount.
Credit bundles start at as little as £0.40p per mailer and you can send letters or postcards, whatever you prefer!

It's really easy to get started with Prospect, in fact, if you already have your templates ready then you could be running campaigns the same day our Customer Success team set you up!
Training & Support
We have a dedicated Customer Success team available to help our clients with anything they need. They can be contacted at any time between 9am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday either directly or through the handy chat function within Prospect. If you need help outside of these hours, we have a great set of FAQ's and videos which cover some of the questions we are most commonly asked.

With integrated fulfilment, we can offer our clients automated prospecting. You can leave it to us to take care of the print and delivery of your marketing letters.
Search does exactly what it says on the tin! You can search for a UK property and get the details you need to prepare for a valuation in the click of a button. Research local property values, previous sales and historic listing information to build a detailed picture of the property prior to a market appraisal.
