We only ever have great things to say about the service we have received from the Spectre team. Their website is easy to navigate, clearly set out and is extremely user friendly - something that really is essential for us. The software is constantly evolving and one thing that stands out, is that all feedback is reported back, taken seriously and implemented to make changes if needed. Any issues are resolved in a very timely manor and communication is excellent. We have been speaking mainly with Daniel Hobson for customer support and his attention to detail and customer care really is second to none.

We have been using Spectre for almost a year now and the guys really know their stuff. Callum is on hand whenever you need him with any queries and tips on how to improve what we are doing. We have had lots of success over the time we have been using Spectre and I would highly recommend them.

Great product that is easy to use and manage; helping generate new instructions without needing to put aside lots of time aside. The team are great as well and really reactive to any queries we have.

Great company. The customer care is fantastic. whenever we need anything updating, Dan is on it straight away!

We used to use a different prospecting suite of software, found it difficult to use and extremely clunky. Phill had been trying to get us on board with Spectre for sometime and eventually we decided to swap, it was slightly more expensive but it is worth every penny. The set up with Dan has been effortless and nothing is too much trouble. We use it across four branches, it takes just a few minutes each morning and the letters are gone. My only regret is that we didn't jump ship to Spectre sooner. Well done guys.
