Our onboarding process was a smooth one, that was personable and honest from the outset. Our ongoing overview, insights and the support to ensure we are getting the best from this service, and that we continue to enhance the methods and process that Spectre brings to our prospecting is constant.

We are seeing results from early implementation, and we have had the buy in and engagement from our staff from the beginning. We enjoy its usability, and the engagement it brings to our teams and the branch network as a whole.

We are fairly new to using Spector, as with any new system setting things up correctly makes a big difference to the results produced. Luckily for us, Emily who is a Customer Success Associate was on hand to support us through this process. I'm not sure without her we could of done it any where near as successfully. We are now a month or so into using specter and Emily is always on hand for any questions or advice in using their software. She is a credit to Spector. Thanks Emily. Also Spector as a product has prove to work very well so far:)

What a brilliant prospecting tool. It is easy to use, visually engaging and allows for multiple graphic/branding designs to be incorporated. Once set up and a marketing plan devised, you simply click a couple of buttons and your plan is executed. Dan Hobson as our account manager is always on hand to answer any questions and is very prompt at responding. Great customer service.

The ease of use and the results that derive from this system are excellent. This topped by fantastic support and service. Ivor and Callum have been fantastic to deal with and they don't forget about me at any point either. Regularly review what I am doing and help me find more opportunities. I cannot recommend this enough.

It's not just the products, which are great, but the people at the Street Group are something else.

Hands down my favourite supplier to deal with and one where the value to my business outweighs the costs attached.
