Beginning of tenancy solutions

For the time-consuming beginning of tenancy process, the TDS API has simplified transferring tenancy deposit data for many agents.

No longer do you need to manually enter deposit data, instead, it’s transferred at the click of a button. TDS API removes human error, the need to duplicate data and is saving agents up to 10 minutes per tenancy time. TDS recognises the importance of an accurate and comprehensive inventory to minimise the risk of end-of-tenancy deposit disputes. We work closely with Inventory Hive an industry-leading provider of inventory software, to ensure that inventory clerks, letting agents and landlords have access to an easy to use software solution that, if used properly, should decrease tenancy deposit disputes.

End of tenancy solutions

We encourage landlords and lettings agents to stay in touch with tenants throughout the end-of-tenancy period; reminding tenants to pay the last month’s rent, to clean the property, repair any damage and sort out the garden. That’s why we’ve integrated with The Depositary. This innovative software platform helps lettings agents better manage the end-of-tenancy process.
