Our unique value-based pricing model ensures that our clients only pay for our services when they see real results. If your business doesn't bring additional properties to the market, then there's nothing to pay. It’s that simple.

At The Estate Agent Consultancy, we strongly believe that our success should be linked to the success of our clients. That's why we have implemented a pricing structure that aligns our interests with yours, demonstrating our dedication to your success.
We will work with you to establish a instruction baseline for your business. This is based on the average number of properties you typically list to the market each month. After we have actioned our bespoke plan for your business to grow, any additional properties listed above this baseline will be subject to a fixed fee of £500+VAT per instruction over the next 6 months (up to a maximum number of 10 instructions).
Should your business not grow above the baseline instruction levels set, then there is no cost to you.
This straightforward pricing model ensures that our incentives are aligned with yours, as we only succeed when you do.
ROI
We only charge for improvements in results with our clients we work with. If you don't improve everything we do is free of charge
Setup / Onboarding
We work with clients over a six month period, and onboarding is usually around a month to two months due to a waiting list to work with us
Training & Support
Whether you're a new agency just starting out or an established business looking to take things to the next level, we have the expertise and experience to help you succeed.
Firstly, our experienced team will work closely with you to gain a deep understanding of your unique business needs and objectives. We'll conduct a thorough analysis of your current operations and identify areas where you can make improvements to drive greater efficiency and profitability.

Once the agreed plan is implemented, we will schedule regular meetings with you to ensure that best practices are being followed, provide any necessary coaching, to ensure a successful outcome.
