As a result, Face For Business takes care of it for you. We provide property businesses in the UK with skilled telephone answering and managed live chat services that are delivered by friendly and professional PA’s. A smile on the other end of the line is priceless.

We work with agents to design a bespoke solution for capturing their valuable calls and live chats, relieving the headaches of missed calls and missed opportunities. We offer extended business hours and 7-day cover as standard. With full control over your divert, you decide when you need the support. Offering full transparency, you can listen to your calls immediately and view messages via our mobile app and client portal at any time. We take time to get to know you and become a seamless extension of your business.
Face for Business has 2 different pricing plans, depending on how you would like your calls to be handled. Our simple Message Only plan is charged on the number of calls that are handled per month. For calls that may be a little more tailored to your needs, perhaps to include call transfers or specific information capture, we have our Inclusive Minutes plan, though calls are billed to the second. Either way, your calls will be answered in a very friendly and professional manner and no business opportunities will be missed!
Setup / Onboarding
A simple Message Only setup can take as little as a couple of hours. Initially, you would have a conversation with one of our friendly onboarding team who will capture information from you to input on our system. Once all has been checked that your account has been set up correctly, we will send a telephone number to you, by email, that you can divert your calls to. Once diverted, you are good to go!
Training & Support
If the service you require is anything more than a simple ‘Message Only’ kind of service, we like to have a discovery call to include yourself and our team leaders, so that they can understand what is important to you and find out, in a little more detail, how you would like your calls to be handled. This is then trained out to each PA, individually. That’s not all, you will have your own lead PA who will be your first point of contact for any queries, further down the line.

In addition to handling your telephone calls, we also provide managed Live Chat. Combining industry-leading software and fantastic people, your website visitors will receive a fabulous experience whilst our PAs assist with simple enquiries or even qualifying leads. We will be there, supporting your business, ensuring you are always represented even when your office is closed. As with handling your calls, we can support you as required; when you’re busy or later in the day, to capture those customers, browsing your website in the evening.
