It combines leads from every portal which allows you to keep everything in one place, and also makes the management of the inquiries so much easier! It really does allow you to make the most of every inquiry, allowing you to work efficiently and effectively, especially in the busier months where it can be hard to keep track of everything. You are also able to see each individual agents activity, as well as the customers, and property. Highly recommend.

Area has revolutionised lead management, no longer do I have to go through countless emails, paper print outs and spend time scribbling on pieces of paper. Everything is centralised and made super easy! No more missed enquiries, or enquires not contacted, everything is logged and graphed for me. I can see each individual agents activity, the customers activity as well as the properties activity. It really is a smart piece of tech and I couldn’t recommend it more!

Area has been a brilliant piece of software for me and our Management team. It has a really simple dashboard that allows you to see what enquiries are coming in, at exactly what times, but more importantly how quickly your Sales team pick up on them and what the outcome of the enquiry has been.
