Overview

We help Letting and Estate Agents get better leads, freeing up your staff to make better use of their time & improve your customer service.

We fit between the portals (Rightmove, Zoopla etc) and your CRM and automatically assess your leads for you.  We can work just on the lettings side or both sales and lettings (we use two very different techniques for each).  For Letting Agents, we implement a filter process so you see the golden leads (and can avoid the tyre kickers) - don't worry, you won't miss out on any leads.  For the Sales side, we help nurture your leads so they value you even more.  

The Agent Response system works all hours, meaning you can progress leads even while you're closed.  10pm email on a Sunday night? No problem, we'll convert them into a prime lead ready for Monday morning and your prospect leads will always feel their query is being taken care of.

Our communications are branded with your logo and can link to your website.  We automate, centralise and give more insightful data so you can focus on higher-value tasks...working with quality leads.

Our system helps both teams:

Lettings - According to many leading portals, 25% of phone calls are not answered, and only 10% of emails are responded to within an hour. The reality is that far too many of the leads are far too low in quality.  We sort the wheat from the chaff with leads, before they go into your CRM.  We automate this to save you time!

Sales - Carefully nurture leads, they'll see you as a proactive agent, and we give you insightful information (landlord opportunities etc). We help you to progress an enquiry at any time of the day!

If you value your time then Agent Response is a must have

What a great bit of prop tech. I often struggle to find the value that a lot of prop tech promises. Agent responses delivers on every level if you value time. Time is te biggest cost to most estate agencies and in short agent response will give you back time so you staff can perform more productive tasks, rather than spending all their day handling inquiries that are of poor quality. If you a busy lettings agent then this is a must have.

Excellent responsive support and a joy to work with

The team here is fab. Any questions or queries are dealt with quickly no matter how simple or complex.

We are now receiving only pre qualified serious leads rather than the leads where they have just clicked on every property availiable. We get to see enough information about the prospective tenants to know if they qualify for a property before we have even spoke to them!

The support team are fantastic and on hand to answer all my questions in such great time too. Great timesaver with higher quality leads

Using agent response has given us peace of mind that all of our leads have been acknowledged. We then go on to get a detailed profile of our applicant allowing a much quicker turn around in qualifying our leads and finding that perfect tenant, without the hassle of having to upload and download application forms etc. The end-user experience can be customised by working with agent response so your forms/questions are tailored to your business needs again speeding up admin time. I would recommend this to improve your efficiency!

Essentially a virtual negotiator

Agent response is a tool we now could not live without, for us it acts essentially as virtual negotiator filtering out any leads that are not 100% serious and allowing my team to focus their time on the leads that are more likely to convert.

Also the tech support is second to none, being a partner agent at Keller Williams we struggled with other similar suppliers to integrate with our systems but Leon and the team had things up and running smoothly within a few days, could not ask for more!

Game Changer

We’ve been using agent response now for a month and I can’t believe the difference it has made to our operation.
