Setup / Onboarding
We can configure the new platform remotely, and set up along side existing service meaning there's minimal disruption and a seamless transfer over from old to new. If you would rather, we have a fleet of field engineers who will be able to visit your site and take care of everything for you.
Training & Support
How we train you and your team on your new platform is entirely up to you. We can do remote or on-site training sessions for groups or individuals. Our customer service team in West Sussex are available 24/7 and all Global 4 customers are assigned a dedicated account manager who will be responsible for looking after you and ensuring complete satisfaction.
