Our service is free of charge to agents and customers who come via agency referrals (we charge movers £290 if they come direct to our site, without an agency). We earn revenue in the same way a price comparison site operates, generating a small fee every time a customer takes up a recommendation that we make, on commercial services only. In addition, we provide a range of change of occupancy services - water, sewerage, council, gas and electricity notifications - where we don't earn a penny. This delivers a great service to our agents - and their customers - so it's something we've built into our business model.
