As an agent it is very time consuming to notify utilities when a tenant moves in or out and with GDPR, the utility companies are not as helpful back as they used to be. Just Move In take away the endless hours waiting on hold as well as notifying water and council tax.
There is always someone on the end of the phone to explain and help if we need it. Fabulous customer service.

The amount of services they can help with is second to none, having offering this service to all our clients I have also used this myself recently and it really did take the pressure off the long list of people I had to contact. There are no lengthy, off-putting forms for tenants and landlords to fill in and the process of adding tenants details to the system is very quick and easy.
