At Optimus we ensure that property information and stakeholder involvement is accessed much sooner in the transaction process which cuts waiting times and reduces the risk of a sale falling through.
Through Optimus Accelerate we order a standard search bundle at the point of welcome pack return, before the draft contracts are received. This can accelerate your client’s case by up to 3 weeks, so you get paid quicker and you clients are happier.

Our fixed price model means the Conveyancing firm you choose is completely down to your clients individual need and not what firm is the cheapest.
Scared to recommend a Survey? Not with Optimus. Part of our service includes post-report aftercare. We are on hand to run through the report with both you and your client to alleviate any concerns if necessary.

For you our service is completely free of charge, we are here to offer an additional revenue stream to your company by way of referral fees, which are paid upon either property completion or survey report issued.
For your clients, Optimus offers a fixed pricing set up across both our Conveyancing and Survey partnership. Our unique set up means that you can create a bespoke Conveyancing journey based on your clients required or Conveyancing firms expertise and not just selecting a firm from your panel who is the cheapest.
Our Survey set up offers the same fixed pricing method placing the instructed survey with one of our 17 RICS firms based on availability and not lowest price.
Setup / Onboarding
Our onboarding and training process can be provided either face-to-face or over Teams with your dedicated Optimus BDM and Customer Relationship Manager. The session will last roughly 60 minutes and covers further information on Optimus, demo of our portal and layered support from the Optimus Team.
We can offer additional sessions for one-on-one training and re-freshers depending on your need.
