Working as a property manager using The Depository, I can really appreciate it's assistance to track and streamline end of tenancy negotiations. The platform is fairly user friendly and can reduce the time spent on end of tenancy negotiations significantly. Occasionally you may experience a few technical glitches but overall it is a smooth running platform. Would be nice to cater for minor changes to the platform depending on how the managing brand operates, but all in all a decent bit of kit.

As a Team Leader of Property Management department this platform makes end of tenancy deposit negotiations so much easier and faster for not only the staff but Landlords and Tenants. The platform ensures nothing is missed and we can check at what stage everything is at and also gives landlords a way of viewing everything live from here, thus improving landlords and tenant satisfaction levels rise.

The platform is great and simple to use and makes Property managers manage their workload and speed of end of tenancy disputes so much faster.

As I Property Manager for a national agency I use The Depositary platform daily. It is a vital tool and is so simple and seamless to use. I would highly recommend the platform to anyone as it can ease a heavy workload by automating a lot of processes that previously would have needed completing separately. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It keeps all checkouts in one place, so you can review them daily and know what you need to follow up.
Its also helpful that you can pick up other peoples check outs when they are on annual leave! :)

As a Property Manager, Depositary is everything you want the deposit release process to be like. Its super easy to use, tenants and landlords get all the information they need and so much time is saved when you don't have to email back and forth between tenants and landlords. It also allows you to keep track of all your deposit releases which you can access anywhere and on any device. Carla is also on hand to help if there are any issues and there are regular training sessions so you know how to use it properly. Its a game changing piece of software and I wouldn't bother using anything else.

This is an excellent piece of software. Really helps with handling negotiations at the conclusions of the tenancy and building the case as you go along. Carla is super responsive to anything you need help with and there is development ongoing as suggestions are made.

We love using Depositary, the process really is air tight and allows you to really build a strong case for any potential deductions. We have found the email tips to tenants really help with how properties are left, and should a claim need to be made, the site allows you to submit as much evidence as needed, which also really helps saving time when dealing with disputes as all the information is already there!
