We are finding ViewMyChain both easy to read and easy to use. The ‘everything on one screen’ approach saves time and avoids confusion. The Chain View shows all the chain links and an overview of the status of these chain links without the need to look at another screen. The transparency and ease of seeing and updating the milestones, makes using ViewMyChain a straight-forward proposition and we are already looking at ways to streamline the activities of our Sales Progressors, to further enable them to maximise their efforts with what they do best.
