The Depositary pricing is based on managed portfolio size only and has no set up fees. We can get agents up and running by video call with the set up and training usually taking no longer than one hour.
We are integrated with TDS, fully with their Insured scheme and we have a working solution for Custodial that several clients are already using. We will be finalising the Custodial integration and CRM integration is very much part of our primary focus moving forward. As a newly launched product, CRM integrations will be based on agent demand, so the faster agents adopt our offering the quicker we will be able to achieve these.
We have a partner integration with Please Connect Me, a Utility Switching Service as it offers a no cost benefit to our clients and their tenants as they exit a property.

Setup / Onboarding
One hour! To date, we have been able to manage the onboarding process via video calls. We usually carry out a demo with key staff members, which takes between 30 minutes to an hour depending on how in depth people would like to go during that first call. We can then book in a set up call, usually within a week, where we configure the account to match your internal processes and carry out the training. Clients add their own branches and users and can tweak the configuration at any time. We have around 70 email templates the system sends out and we recommend people start by reviewing a key number of these then work their way through the rest.
Training & Support
Our training is carried out by video call, where we share screens and do an end to end run through of the platform. These can be recorded and sent after the session so staff can refer back if needed. There is no cost for the initial training when a new client signs up with us. For larger operations we can offer on-site training or multiple sessions but these will be charged based on the size of the team, location of the office(s) and the time required - these will be quoted on an individual basis.
Our support is included in the monthly subscription cost. Most support is carried out by email but we're always happy to call clients if they'd rather have a telephone conversation and occasionally we'll recommend setting up a 10 minute video call so we can share screens.
We are a fully responsive web based app, with progressive web app available - i.e. you can download an icon to your desktop and launch the platform this way rather than by visiting a website. Our product is an automated end of tenancy platform which kicks in at the point of notice being given or received and guiding users, landlords and tenants through to the deposit return.
