Having used lots of other types of utility management companies and trying to do it ourself, so far notify has worked excellently in saving us time and stress with updating suppliers at the start and end of the tenancy. The platform is easy to use and the support is great - we have been working with Steven and he has been really patient and helpful whilst the team gets used to how it all works. The company looks to be constantly evolving and improving which is always good to see - particularly in light of how difficult some energy suppliers can be with third party information. Having switched over to One Utility Bill (via Notify) from a different source this has been a streamline switch and we have been able to optimise the use through out the office with all of our move ins. Our tenants have also said how nice of a service it is with no pushy sales calls and great explanations over the phone to help guide them through the process.
