We have been using one utility bill now for a while and it's been fantastic. Easy to use, great for tenants and it makes dealing with utilities for tenants and landlords really easy. We have frequent calls with Charlotte Marnoch to run through things, answer any questions and make sure we are getting the most out of the service. I only have positive things to say about one utility bill.

I am so happy with One Utility bill. I started using them in lockdown due to long waiting times on the phone for utility companies. They have an easy to use dashboard and helps me to remember which properties I need to add details too. I will also say my account manager, Charlotte, is great! She checks in with me, helps me to maximise what I can get from One Utility Bill and send me an awesome swag box lol! She is really responsive and genuinely helps when I have something I cannot sort out. Overall, recommend these guys highly and enjoy working with them :-)

These guys have made my life so much easier now that they have taken over the job of informing all utility suppliers when we have tenants moving in and our of properties. I would highly recommend them as they free up hours of my time! And a big shout out to Charlotte Marnoch who is always on hand to help with any questions or queries I might have. We've had an excellent experience using Notify (One Utility Bill) so far. The website is very user friendly and makes updating utilities a breeze! Steven has been extremely helpful when explaining how to use Notify and was quick to answer any questions in an informative and friendly manner. We are thankful that he reached out to us and introduced this brilliant service!

A great way to inform utility companies of tenant changes and void periods. Dont be fooled - it's not a seemless process but the support from the One Utility team is excellent and most of the problems originate with the utility companies themselves.
