Our LandmarkAgent platform enables agents to onboard clients quickly, with greater visibility across the transaction and the ability to collect more information upfront. This helps accelerate the flow of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
We offer a range of flexible AML solutions to suit agencies of all sizes. Options include DIY electronic identity verification and facial recognition checks, as well as fully integrated or outsourced AML compliance services. PEP and sanctions screening come as standard across our solutions.
Additional capabilities include Source of Funds checks and direct integration with HM Land Registry, allowing agents to complete customer due diligence efficiently in one place.
The LandmarkAgent platform also includes access to our Metropix floor plan service, enabling agents to create professional property marketing materials alongside their compliance and onboarding processes.

Setup / Onboarding
Once the paperwork is received, we have accounts live within 24 hours. Once the account is live, training is arranged at your convenience, either individually or in group sessions. The whole process can be completed within 2 days based on your availability.
