We charge per branch, not per user, as we actively encourage more user logins per branch, so that each users sees only the properties they are interested in.

Setup / Onboarding
The onboarding process starts as soon as we are in receipt of signed contracts. An appointment is booked for initial platform training with a dedicated member of our in-house team. Sprift will facilitate bespoke training dependant on requirements, and inclusive of full white labelling.
Training & Support
A call is scheduled approximately 2 weeks after onboarding to ensure that all customer needs have been met, followed by quarterly check-ins. Refresher training and new staff onboarding is also included as part of the on-going service. Additional telephone, email and chat support is available to Sprift customers throughout their subscription.
All training is currently being carried out remotely.
