Being able to take potential vendors through all the information included in the slides and the details of all the comparable properties is fantastic and then to send it to them after to view at their leisure really helps. Acaboom has made a huge impact in our whole Market Appraisal process from booking the first appointment with a pre communication and a post MA proposal which includes all of the comparisons used to arrive at our figure plus lots of other useful information for the seller. We did create a personalised presentation which I would recommend doing. The result is much greater engagement with potential new clients and the data confirms a higher conversation rate. Simply, Acaboom is one of our most important partners.

Loyal customer of nearly 3 years being treated badly by Acaboom because what we were sold is not what happens in reality. We are being asked to pay for 3 branches even though we now only have one branch. We were told at the outset data could be moved. The reality is you don't or won't move data. We refused to pay and now they are sending solicitor letters because we have left and wont pay the 3 months notice period. What for ?
