Setup / Onboarding

Most Websites take approximately 8 weeks and are ready in Beta normally from 6 weeks. CRM only can be activated same-day as sign-up.

Training & Support

1 hour inclusive CMS training with all Websites. Lead Manager and full CRM have various training options such as video-based training, remote training, or on-site training. Website support is included and a Super User support is included CRM subscriptions. Given the ease of use of our CRM and in-app video training videos, we don't charge for users and therefore don't charge or include individual support by default. Support is strictly POA and is defined in monthly time used, not normally required by multi-branch agencies. Webdadi charges on a how much is used basis, not on a who or how-many uses it basis.
