Connor was helping me with problems from when we transferred from Payprop - the instruction we received when we transferred to Openview was very poor both for the accounting and the property system. I had managed to input initial rents and deposits twice and I needed assistance with balancing my bank balances.
We would say that the instruction when we transferred was very poor but the support we have received has been very good. We are still having a few teething problems but we are working through these.

Having transferred Openview we have found the new software easy to use and very capable and the service from all the guys at VTUK is always fantastic

As a company we have been using VTUK’s software for more years than I can remember. The system is very comprehensive and I must say that the support network is excellent....No problem or stupid question is ever a problem for them.

I've been a client for a while now and it's important to highlight a company not only on the first experience of using them but also during. VTUK have a team that works in perfect harmony with my property management department. Any issues I've had (which hasn't been many!) have always been dealt with swiftly by the support team. I must also say that's it's comforting using a service supplier that works with you whilst you scale up, I've come across many providers that just aren't capable of this but VTUK have supported us not just with software but also helping to keep us compliant as we've grown.
