Setup / Onboarding
It depends on the project. If it’s a template website, then usually, we’d expect the project to be live within 6-8 weeks from the start of production. With the custom design package, we ask for 12-16 weeks from the start of production. However, a lot of this is dependent on the client being proactive with their content/imagery.
Training & Support
Training and support are provided adhoc and is usually included in the monthly subscription.
We spend a lot of our time networking with agents and suppliers and often find ourselves referring other 3rd party businesses that we know and trust (not because we get a commission from it). This is all considered part of the service.
I tend to try to attend all the property industry events that I can for networking and learning purposes. We regularly attend NAEA Propertymark Inspire training events as a speaker on digital marketing and getting the most out of your agencies website.
