Setup / Onboarding
For enterprise customers, our average delivery timescales are 12 weeks from the project start date and our Agency Edition platform for SMBs can be deployed in as little as four weeks. If Client Accounts is required, setup will take a little longer, because of the additional overheads of reconciling the accounts before go-live.
We will migrate 100% of your legacy data to a fully bespoke solution. Most other CRM providers are unable to do this as they have a much more rigid approach to converting data and configurations.

Technical support is always accessible. Log a ticket and set your own priority via our 24/7 online portal. Phone in and have your call answered within 20 seconds (Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm) or send an email. Whichever way you choose, the average resolution time is one working day - and you can access live updates on all cases via the portal. Hit the escalation button in the portal and we’ll respond within 15 minutes.
If you prefer to self-serve, our online knowledgebase is available 24/7 and contains over 1,000 articles. New articles are added constantly, using the most frequently asked questions on the portal to determine which articles are written next.
