Setup / Onboarding
For our Enterprise customers, we will have a fully resourced project team available to start the project within 10 days of contract signature. Our average delivery timescales are 12 weeks from the project start date which includes all product modules other than Client Accounts. If Client Accounts is included, then our average delivery time is 16 weeks because of the additional overheads of reconciling the accounts before go-live.
One of our key selling points is that we will migrate 100% of your legacy data to a fully bespoke solution. Most of our competitors are unable to do this as they have a much more rigid approach to converting data and configurations.
Timescales for small and medium-sized agencies are 7 days without data conversion and 6 weeks if the client wants us to convert data from their old system, enabling a significantly quicker project delivery.
